Nova Poshta Clarifies: AliExpress and Temu Deliveries Unaffected by New Rules
Official Statement from Nova Poshta
According to ХВИЛЯ: Nova Poshta, Ukraine's leading courier service, has issued an official denial regarding rumors of widespread delays for parcels arriving from China. The company's press service clarified that new restrictions apply exclusively to its specific NP Shopping buy-and-forward service. Deliveries from major international marketplaces, including AliExpress and Temu, continue to operate under their standard schedules without interruption.
In a statement on its Telegram channel on December 16, 2024, the company emphasized that the recent changes to delivery terms do not impact direct shipments. The confusion stemmed from an earlier announcement that was specifically related to the NP Shopping service.
'We want to assure you that delivery from all your favorite marketplaces, such as AliExpress, Temu, and others, is operating as usual. You will receive your parcels within the usual timeframes,' Nova Poshta stated.
Delivery Guarantee for Customers
Consequently, customers can remain confident that their orders from these platforms will be delivered without delays, despite the limitations affecting the company's other, separate service.
This incident highlights the critical need for clear communication from companies to their clients, especially within a rapidly evolving logistics sector. Maintaining stable delivery timelines for popular platforms like AliExpress and Temu is crucial for sustaining consumer trust and preventing unnecessary concern among the many users who rely on these services for their online shopping needs. These marketplaces are vital sources of affordable goods for many Ukrainian consumers.
