According to ХВИЛЯ: Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council Secretary, Rustem Umerov, has announced the start of a new round of three-way negotiations involving Ukraine, the United States, and Russia, facilitated by Switzerland. The agenda centers on security and humanitarian matters.
