According to hvylya.net: Finland, which presides over the OSCE, has called a special meeting of the Permanent Council of the organization at Ukraine's request. The meeting is taking place due to recent mass attacks by Russia that have resulted in casualties among civilians and destruction.
Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha emphasized the need to apply firm pressure on the aggressor through strict sanctions to force them to cease their aggressive policy.
'Only decisive and consistent pressure on the aggressor, including through tough sanctions, can force Moscow to stop simulating diplomacy and engage in genuine efforts aimed at ending the aggressive war. I thank the current OSCE chair, Finland's Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen for her principled stance and timely response,' - said Sybiha.
Finland convened the OSCE meeting at Ukraine's demand due to Russia's mass attacks, and Ukraine calls for increased pressure on the Russian Federation to end the aggression.
