How to simplify the verification of a digital labor book in Ukraine

Using the online portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, an employee or their employer can conveniently send a digital copy of the labor book.

After that, data about the person's work experience automatically appears in their personal profile on the electronic services website of the Pension Fund. To check the information, it is enough to log in to the personal account using an electronic signature, BankID, or the Diia application.

In the 'Labor Book Entries (By SPoV)' tab, you can view data about the work of the hired employee, which is generated based on reports from employers since 1998.

In addition to the digital copy, scanned copies of the paper document and general information about the insurance period can also be found in the personal account.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine allows the submission of digital copies of labor books online, i.e., by sending electronic versions of these documents. Data about the employee's work experience automatically appears in their personal account on the Pension Fund portal, and this procedure is maximally simplified and convenient for all interested parties.
