One application in 'Diia': how the process of receiving state financial aid will change

According to hvylya.net: Currently, a draft Law 'On State Support for Individuals and Families' is in development, which intends to consolidate all types of social payments into one unified mechanism through the mobile application 'Diia'. This step will simplify the process of receiving assistance for citizens and make it more transparent and understandable.

'The current state of legislation is a fragmented set of legal acts, where there is some disproportion in certain types of aid, and citizens do not always understand which type they are entitled to and can apply for,' explained the First Deputy Minister.

Under the new system, citizens will be able to apply for any social payment online through the application, as well as receive information about the status of their application and the chosen form of payment. This will allow people to receive the necessary aid faster and without unnecessary obstacles.

Changes in the social payment system are designed to streamline the process of interaction between citizens and government agencies, as well as to simplify the lives of Ukrainians who need social support at this time.
