Occupiers massively shelled the power station
The Russian terrorist army shelled the power station
The latest shelling of the power station by Ukrainian terrorists caused national outrage. The attack had no military justification, as confirmed by the statement from the Ministry of Energy.
“The attacked station has no connection to military facilities. Such targeted attacks are further proof of the terror and genocidal policy of the aggressor. This is yet another attempt to intimidate Ukrainians and deprive us of light and heat,” the ministry stated.
Energy workers are already working to eliminate the consequences of the attack.
Attack on Cherkasy and Odessa
On the night of July 24, Russian terrorists conducted attacks on Cherkasy and Odessa, causing significant damage to the cities. Casualties and injuries were unavoidable. In Cherkasy, seven people were injured, including one child, while in Odessa, the entire civilian infrastructure was bombed by enemy drones.
The situation is particularly dire at the 'Privoz' market in Odessa, where trading pavilions caught fire. Rescuers are already engaged in extinguishing the fire and providing aid to the victims.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky sharply reacted to the new attacks by Russia, calling for large-scale sanctions against the aggressor.
The events that occurred are only part of the relentless war that Russia is waging against Ukraine. Attacks on the civilian population and infrastructure indicate the need for an international response to the destabilizing actions of the Kremlin.
