According to glavcom.ua: A fire occurred at an educational institution in the village of Pidseredne, Kupiansk district, due to a strike by a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle. Fire and rescue services, along with a medical team from the State Emergency Service, arrived at the scene, but fortunately, there were no casualties.
This is not the first case of attacks by Russian drones in Ukraine.
