Oleg Vynnyk explained the absence of a Ukrainian passport: what resident status means

According to glavcom.ua: Ukrainian singer Oleg Vynnyk, who currently resides in Germany and has resident status, explained in an interview that he is still a citizen of Ukraine. He also revealed the differences between residency and citizenship, noting that while he lives in Germany, he officially pays taxes in Ukraine as well. However, he does not plan to obtain German citizenship, remaining a Ukrainian.

It is worth noting that the singer has not held concerts in Ukraine for 3 years, the reason being the lack of offers from organizers. His last attendance at a concert by Verka Serdyuchka in Berlin sparked a wave of negative reactions online.
