Conclusion of the 'Olympic Code #LevelUp' Project

According to НОК: The Ukrainian National Olympic Committee's nationwide sports and educational initiative, 'Olympic Code #LevelUp,' concluded on March 27, 2024, at the International Children's Center 'Artek.' Young athletes from across Ukraine participated in the event, competing in a variety of disciplines. This project is part of a broader effort to foster youth sports development in Ukraine.

The program featured a range of activities, including:

  • A flash mob
  • An Olympic-themed quiz
  • Competitions in frisbee and curling
  • A relay race involving laser pistol shooting
  • A team relay called 'Funny Dressing'

The event culminated in an awards ceremony for the overall team standings.

Competition Results

Based on the competition results, the team from Cherkasy Oblast secured first place. The team from Lviv Oblast earned second place, while the team from Poltava Oblast took third.

The closing ceremony was attended by prominent Ukrainian athletes, including:

  • Lyudmyla Panchenko, Executive Director of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine
  • Oleg Verniaiev, Olympic champion in artistic gymnastics
  • Iryna Koliadenko, two-time Olympic medalist in wrestling
  • Olena Yatsenko, Olympic bronze medalist in handball
  • Oleksii Sereda, World Championship silver medalist and multiple European champion in diving
