Ukraine Implements New Procurement Rules: Experience of Great Britain

According to Мін. Економіки: The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, together with the Department for Business and Trade of the Government of Great Britain, continue their cooperation in the field of public procurement. One of the goals of this cooperation is to involve Ukrainian buyers in new methods of determining the most advantageous trade offers, not limited to price only.

On November 14, an online workshop 'Non-Price Criteria in Public Procurement: Experience of Great Britain and Its Implementation in Ukraine' will take place. British experts and Ukrainian officials will participate in the event.

During the workshop, a search for Ukrainian buyers will be announced to conduct a pilot project using non-price criteria. Participation in the event is free but prior registration is needed via the corresponding link.

The initiative of the Ministry of Economy aims to improve the public procurement system in Ukraine and to implement best practices from Great Britain.
