Anastasia Lukashenko and Dmitry Eliseev's Marriage

According to Главком: Anastasia, the granddaughter of Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko, has legally changed her surname and is now married to Russian citizen Dmitry Eliseev. She is the daughter of Lukashenko's middle son. Like his new wife, Dmitry Eliseev studied law at Moscow State University (MSU). By the autumn of 2025, university records already listed Anastasia under the surname Eliseeva.

Anastasia enrolled in the MSU law faculty in 2021, specializing in constitutional and municipal law. She earned her bachelor's degree in the summer of 2025 and continued her studies in a master's program. From 2023, she served on the council of the law faculty's Student Volunteer Corps, where for three years she headed the department for work with foreign students and delegations.

Dmitry Eliseev and His Family Background

Dmitry Eliseev, originally from the Russian city of Orsk, also entered the MSU law faculty in 2021, focusing on business law. In July 2024, he spent at least a week in Belarus, where he and Anastasia attended a concert by Viktoria Alyoshka at the Slavianski Bazaar festival. The couple also visited a concert at a mine in Soligorsk in January 2025. Dmitry returned to Belarus again in July 2025, and in June of that year, Anastasia and Dmitry traveled to his hometown of Orsk.

Dmitry Eliseev owns a one-room apartment in Moscow, which is officially registered to his mother, Irina Eliseeva. Irina lives in Orsk and works as the deputy dean for academic affairs at the Orsk Humanitarian-Technological Institute. She also offers private tutoring services as a self-employed individual. Dmitry himself is registered with Russian tax authorities as a self-employed professional.

This union follows the marriage of Lukashenko's eldest granddaughter, Viktoria, to Dmitry Dyatlov. Observers note a pattern in the family of forming marital bonds with individuals outside traditional elite circles.

This marriage may signal a shift in the Lukashenko family's approach to relationships, which previously favored alliances with established elites. Having studied at the same university, Anastasia and Dmitry could represent a new generation seeking to maintain personal and cultural ties between Belarus and Russia amidst ongoing political tensions.
