UN: Russia executed 96 Ukrainian prisoners of war since the beginning of the full-scale war

According to glavcom.ua: Recent reports from the UN Human Rights Office indicate a tragic situation regarding the killings of Ukrainian soldiers. According to the UN, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 96 cases of execution of Ukrainian prisoners of war have been documented. The head of the OHCHR called for an end to the war and for those responsible for human rights violations to be held accountable.
In February, the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine reported an increase in the number of executions of Ukrainian prisoners of war. Some of those who surrendered were shot on the spot, indicating a systematic violation of human rights and international humanitarian law.
