The court has arrested the leaders of the energy organized crime group: details of the Midas operation

The 'Midas' operation is experiencing new leaks: preventive measures have been chosen for the leaders of the criminal organization operating in the energy sector. This became possible thanks to the motions of NABU detectives and SAP prosecutors.

After the detention of the suspects, they were brought before an investigative judge who will decide on further steps regarding the application of preventive measures.

It is important to note that according to the Constitution of Ukraine, every person is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a legal manner by the court.

The court's decision to apply preventive measures to the leaders of the criminal organization in the energy sector indicates the seriousness of the charges and the importance of conducting judicial reforms in the country.
