According to glavcom.ua: The Security Service of Ukraine carried out a secret operation named 'Pavutyna', during which dozens of Russian planes were destroyed or damaged. The participants of the operation managed to organize the delivery of drones to Russian airfields and successfully carry out an attack.
The organizers of the operation were Ukrainian agents who managed to avoid suspicion and safely leave the territory of the Russian Federation after the attack. Russian experts acknowledged the ineffectiveness of defensive measures against drones in this situation.
Thus, the operation 'Pavutyna' became a successful example of special intelligence activities with an important military-technical component.
