September 2026 Poll Reveals Leading Parties Backed by Zaluzhnyi, Zelensky, Poroshenko, and Biletskyi

Findings from the SocioPolis Research Survey

According to 5 канал: A recent survey conducted by the research firm SocioPolis between September 16 and 21, 2026, highlights that the political parties associated with Valerii Zaluzhnyi, Volodymyr Zelensky, Petro Poroshenko's "European Solidarity," and Andrii Biletskyi’s "Third Assault" enjoy the highest voter support ahead of potential parliamentary elections in late September 2026.

The survey was carried out using the CATI telephone interview method, based on a random sample of mobile phone numbers. Participants were Ukrainian residents aged 18 and older, excluding those living in Crimea, Sevastopol, certain districts of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson regions, and other temporarily occupied areas where Ukrainian mobile networks are unavailable. Ukrainians abroad during the survey period were also not included. The total sample size consisted of 1,002 respondents.

Voter Support Breakdown by Party

The distribution of support across all respondents for the key parties is as follows:

• Valerii Zaluzhnyi’s party - 13.2% (16.0% among decided and likely voters)
• Volodymyr Zelensky’s party - 11.4% (13.9%)
• Petro Poroshenko’s "European Solidarity" - 11.1% (13.5%)
• Andrii Biletskyi’s "Third Assault" party - 10.8% (13.1%)
• Kyrylo Budanov’s party - 7.5% (9.1%)
• Dmytro Razumkov’s "Smart Politics" party - 6.5% (7.9%)
• Igor Terekhov’s party - 4.9% (6.0%)
• Mykhailo Fedorov’s party - 4.9% (6.0%)
• Serhii Prytula’s "August 24" party - 3.3% (4.0%)
• Oleksandr Usyk’s party - 3.0% (3.6%)
• The All-Ukrainian Union "Fatherland" - 2.5% (3.0%)

According to the survey, 9.5% of respondents remain undecided, 6.6% would abstain from voting, and 1.6% intend to spoil their ballots. The margin of error at a 95% confidence level ranges from 1.4% to 3.1%, depending on the percentage values measured.

These results indicate that if parliamentary elections were held in the latter half of September 2026, the most significant voter backing would be concentrated among four closely matched political groups: the parties led by Valerii Zaluzhnyi, Volodymyr Zelensky, Petro Poroshenko’s "European Solidarity," and Andrii Biletskyi’s "Third Assault." This reflects a competitive multi-polar political landscape in Ukraine.

The poll underscores a strong voter engagement with diverse political platforms, signaling a fragmented electorate and suggesting various possibilities for coalition-building after the elections.

The considerable share of undecided voters also highlights the fluidity of political support as the election approaches. Future campaign developments and external influences are likely to shape voter preferences, leaving the electoral outlook dynamic.
