In public transport in Vinnytsia, a new cashless payment system using colorful QR codes has been introduced. This innovation aims to simplify payments and make trips more convenient for passengers. This is reported by Politeka.
The Vinnytsia transport company explained that the codes have been categorized by colors depending on the user's bank.
Payment for Transport in Vinnytsia via QR Codes: What Has Changed
Gradually, new sample QR codes are being installed in the transport:

yellow — for PrivatBank customers

pink — for monobank users.
At the same time, passengers can pay for their rides with a card from any bank. The ticket is available through the Privat24 or monobank apps, as well as by scanning the code with a smartphone camera.
Electronic Ticket in Vinnytsia: How to Purchase and How Long It Is Valid
To pay via Privat24, you need to select the number of tickets, the card to be charged, and confirm the purchase. After that, the electronic ticket is stored in the app.
In monobank, it is sufficient to confirm the payment in the app or browser. The ticket immediately opens on the screen with all the details and the QR code for verification by the controller.
The validity of the electronic ticket is 60 minutes. The document specifies the transport's flight number. If the page is accidentally closed, it can be restored through the browser history.
The transport company emphasizes that the new system is designed to enhance passenger comfort and optimize the payment process.
