According to hvylya.net: In order to travel abroad at the age of 18 to 22, men need to have a military ID in paper or electronic form. This information was confirmed by the representative of the State Border Guard Service Colonel Andriy Demchenko.

The government has approved new amendments to the border crossing rules for Ukrainians, which were developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Demchenko noted that the resolution is not yet official, so final conclusions can only be made after it is published on the state portal.

According to official information, after the changes are enacted, Ukrainian men aged 18-22 will be able to travel abroad even in the event of martial law.

Demchenko emphasized that to cross the border, it is necessary to have both a passport allowing border crossing and a military ID (or military ID in electronic form). Border guards will start allowing this category of citizens after the changes are published and enacted.

According to the new rules, Ukrainian men aged 18-21 will be able to travel abroad, while 22-year-olds will not be able to do so.
