Oschadbank urges clients to update their information
According to hvylya.net: The bank's press service reported that Ukrainians may receive a notification in online banking requiring them to update their personal data. According to Ukrainian legislation on financial monitoring, banks have the right to temporarily block clients' accounts to confirm the relevance of the provided data.
To continue using banking services in full, clients simply need to update their personal information
Data updates can be performed at any convenient time, but it should be remembered that this procedure must be conducted no less than once every five years. If updating the information is necessary, the bank will send clients a notification 30 days in advance via the mobile application 'Oschad/24'.
How to update data in the mobile application 'Oschad/24'
- Log into the 'Oschad/24' application;
- Click on the notification from the bank;
- In your profile, view personal data;
- Confirm or change the information.
After updating personal data, the bank's notification requiring updating will disappear, and clients will have access to all services of the financial institution.
