The journey from Kyiv to Chop on the 'Ukrzaliznytsia' train left a negative impression on passenger Stanislav Miroshnychenko. He was disappointed by the lack of air conditioning and the high temperature in the cabin, which was incompatible with the idea of first class.Company representatives explained that the train the man traveled on was an additional one for the convenience of travelers during the peak season, and it might not have been dispatched at all. Additional services increased tension in the system and led to issues, such as carriages descending in Transcarpathia; however, 'Ukrzaliznytsia' noted the launch of new trains on popular routes.
