Rescheduling Video Identification Appointments

According to Пенсії (RSS): Recipients of pension and insurance payments now have the flexibility to change the scheduled date and time of their video identification sessions, provided they notify the Pension Fund of Ukraine in advance. This option was introduced following the adoption of the Pension Fund Board’s resolution No. 49-2 on November 20, 2023.

To request a rescheduling, the beneficiary or their authorized representative or assistant should send a notification to [email protected]. The message must include:

• Full name of the pensioner or insurance payment recipient;
• Taxpayer identification number (RNOCPP);
• The original date and time of the planned video conference that they wish to change.

Once the Pension Fund receives this request, an authorized staff member will contact the recipient to agree upon a new appointment time. This update aims to enhance service convenience and accessibility for all citizens.

The revised procedure introduces greater flexibility for individuals accessing pension and insurance benefits, helping to prevent scheduling conflicts and reduce stress-especially for elderly individuals and those with disabilities.
