The Pension Fund has transferred UAH 65.5 billion: who has already received payments for August

According to hvylya.net: The Pension Fund of Ukraine published data on the financing of social payments as of August 24. According to information from the PFC press service, Ukrainians are awaiting their payments for August, which have already begun to arrive.

• On August 24, pension payments accounted for the largest share of financing - UAH 65.5 billion. Of this amount, over UAH 56 billion was transferred through banks, and about UAH 9 billion - through 'Ukrposhta'.

Additionally, UAH 2.5 billion was allocated for insurance payments, including over UAH 1.27 billion for sick leave payments. A significant sum was also directed to state assistance for various categories - UAH 7.18 billion, and for housing subsidies and benefits to citizens - over UAH 1.19 billion.

Providing services to citizens and changes in obtaining social assistance

In August, the bodies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine served nearly 858 thousand people who applied for help. It was previously reported about changes in the principles of obtaining social assistance in Ukraine.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine published data on the financing of social payments, showing the distribution of funds for various types of assistance. In August, citizens actively turned to the PFC bodies that provide essential services to the population. At the same time, Ukraine is preparing to introduce new rules for obtaining social support, which may affect many Ukrainians.
