Ukraine’s Pension Fund Disburses 2.9 Billion UAH and Delivers Over 115,000 Services in October
Pension and Social Benefit Payments in Ukraine
According to Пенсії (RSS): As of October 4, Ukraine’s Pension Fund has allocated funds for pension, insurance, and social payments. The total pension disbursements reached 2.9 billion UAH, divided as follows:
- 1.1 billion UAH was distributed via JSC 'Ukrposhta',
- 1.8 billion UAH was processed through authorized banks.
Additionally, insurance payments amounted to 1.5 billion UAH, including 0.1 billion UAH dedicated to sick leave compensation. Social assistance and other related payments totaled 0.4 billion UAH. Throughout October, the Pension Fund provided more than 115,000 services to citizens seeking support from its offices.
Social Policy and Citizen Support
This level of financing reflects the government’s strong commitment to supporting the population amid ongoing economic challenges. Pension, insurance, and social aid payments are crucial for maintaining the financial stability of individuals, especially as demands for social protection continue to rise.
The significant volume of services rendered also highlights increased public engagement with state institutions to access necessary assistance.
