UAH 38.4 billion in August payouts covered by Ukraine's Pension Fund

According to Пенсії (RSS): By August 9, funding had been released for pensions, housing subsidies and benefits, insurance payments, sick leave, and other social benefits across Ukraine. The overall amount financed came to UAH 38.4 billion, with pension payments alone accounting for UAH 28 billion. Of that pension total, UAH 4.3 billion was channeled through JSC Ukrposhta and UAH 23.7 billion through authorized banks.

Other payout categories and public services

Beyond pensions, UAH 1.5 billion went to housing subsidies and benefits, UAH 1.7 billion to insurance payments, UAH 0.4 billion to sick leave, and UAH 6.8 billion to social assistance and other payments. During August, Pension Fund offices provided 298.4 thousand services to people who submitted applications.

These figures highlight the continued delivery of state support amid economic challenges. Keeping pension and welfare payments on schedule is vital for citizens in times of uncertainty, and relying on both Ukrposhta and approved banks shows the government's push to make distribution more efficient and accessible.
