Online booking for Pension Fund service center visits is now available

Pension Fund of Ukraine launches an online appointment service

According to Пенсії (RSS): People who need to visit a Pension Fund office in Ukraine can now reserve a time slot in advance through the agency's electronic services web portal. The new feature, called 'Appointment booking', allows users to choose the day and time that suit them best before they head to a service center, making it simpler to get advice or complete pension paperwork.

Why the 'Appointment booking' feature matters

Instead of showing up and waiting in line, citizens can plan their visit ahead and arrive at the scheduled time. This saves them unnecessary delays and makes better use of their day.

Officials describe the launch as a major improvement in how pension services are delivered to the public. It aligns with Ukraine's broader push toward digital government and easier access to state services. The system is also expected to reduce congestion in service centers and improve how satisfied people are with their overall pension-related experience.
