According to ХВИЛЯ: The Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) has announced the need to change the pension certificate for some pensioners. In this regard, the fund has revealed information about electronic pension certificates that have become available for Ukrainians.

The electronic pension certificate system has been functioning for 12 months. During this period, Ukrainians have issued 18,500 digital versions of the documents. The electronic pension certificate is available in the 'Diia' application, which simplifies the process of obtaining this important document.

In 2025, a detailed instruction on obtaining an electronic certificate will be provided. This will allow pensioners to quickly and conveniently issue a new document without having to visit institutions in person. The PFU urges everyone who falls under the new rules to pay attention to this opportunity and ensure timely replacement of the certificate.

The introduction of electronic pension certificates is part of the overall digitization of public services in Ukraine. This step aims to make life easier for pensioners by reducing the need for personal visits to institutions.
