Remote change of the method of receiving pension payments
According to ХВИЛЯ: Pensioners can remotely change the way they receive pension payments or update their bank details through the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. The Main Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Volyn region has published instructions that will assist in this procedure.
The application to change the method of receiving payments can be submitted online through the PFU electronic services web portal. To authorize on the portal, it is necessary to use a qualified electronic signature (QES) or 'Diia.Signature'. The process of submitting an application includes:
- filling out an electronic form;
- uploading documents;
- signing the application.
After submitting the request, pensioners can track the status of their application in their personal cabinet under the 'My Requests' tab. This innovation aims to simplify the process of receiving pension payments and increase convenience for citizens using the services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.

The introduction of the possibility of remote management of pension payments through the web portal is an important step in the digitization of public services in Ukraine.
