According to glavcom.ua: This morning, new battles erupted on the border between Thailand and Cambodia following an airstrike by Thai forces on Cambodian targets. Thailand launched an attack in response to rocket fire from BM-21s, resulting in casualties on both sides. The conflict between the countries has been ongoing since July 2025 over territorial claims, and previous clashes have led to hundreds of casualties and widespread destruction.
Ultimately, after the war in the summer of 2025, Thailand and Cambodia managed to agree on a ceasefire, but the recent battles indicate that the conflict is far from resolved.
