Ukrainian table tennis player Margarita Pesotskaya became a bronze medalist at the Feeder competitions in Dusseldorf. The news was reported by the publication 'Glavkom' based on information from the Base of Ukrainian sports.
Starting as number six in the tournament, the Ukrainian began the match not in the best way, but then fully developed her potential. After defeating opponents from South Korea, she managed to reach the semifinals, where she won 3:1 against Japanese Reina Asso. In the semifinals, Margarita fought against Kim Seon-jin, but unfortunately lost (2:3).
This season has been successful for Pesotskaya, who has moved up to 71st place in the world rankings. She has already secured her place in the main Grand Smash tournament and qualification for the 2026 World Championship along with the Ukrainian national team.
Ukrainian fans acknowledged that she deserves high supportive positions for a good season.
