According to ДСНС: Ukraine's State Emergency Service (DSNS) has been working through the aftermath of another Russian attack on the Kyiv region this week. Thick smoke, soot, and the danger of further strikes hung over the scene as rescue teams moved in first, confronting explosions, flames, and munitions detonating around them. Damage assessment and cleanup are still in progress.

Putting Advanced Technology to Work

To reduce the risks rescuers would otherwise face, DSNS brought in remote-controlled ground robotics. This allowed crews to respond effectively to extremely hazardous conditions while keeping people at a safer distance.
