According to glavcom.ua: Vladimir Bushteht, a prominent figure of the OUN and an active representative of the Ukrainian diaspora in Australia, passed away at the age of 103. He was born in 1922, arrived in Australia in 1949, and throughout his life supported Ukrainian interests. Bushteht was the initiator of the fund to help Ukraine, which supported cultural and publishing projects to affirm national identity.
The deceased OUN figure believed in Ukraine's victory over the Moscow occupiers. The OUN expressed condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
