The winner of the competition was the company 'Computer Information Technologies' with a proposal of 25.9 million UAH. Although another company, 'Kedrtech', offered the lowest price – 19.9 million UAH, its proposal was rejected due to the lack of necessary security.
According to the analytical system YouControl, the 'Computer Information Technologies' (KIT) LLC was founded in 2007 and registered in Kyiv.
