PlayCity has approved the list of organizations for the certification of gaming equipment

The State Agency PlayCity has expanded the list of entities authorized to certify and inspect gaming equipment

PlayCity has determined that entities can now conduct inspections and certifications of gaming machines, gaming tables, and online systems.

Among the updated list are institutions such as the testing center of the State Enterprise 'Ukrainian State Center for Radio Frequencies', the State Enterprise 'All-Ukrainian State Scientific and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Consumer Rights Protection', and the Ukrainian Research Institute of Special Technology and Forensic Expertise of the Security Service of Ukraine.

According to the agency, previously issued certificates for equipment by entities agreed upon in past lists, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine 'On State Regulation of Activities concerning Organization and Conducting of Gambling', are valid until the expiration of the certificate.

'Our goal is clear conditions for organizers, transparency in the industry, and protection of players' rights,' emphasized PlayCity.

The Board of the PlayCity agency has expanded the list of entities authorized to inspect and certify gaming equipment, including machines, tables, and online systems. This decision is aimed at ensuring transparency and protecting players' rights in the gambling sector.
