According to glavcom.ua: The State Agency PlayCity has signed an agreement with LLC 'Computer Information Technologies' to create the State Online Monitoring System. Hennadiy Novikov, the head of the agency, reported that the victory in the tender has been achieved.
«Today, the team begins working on the creation of the State Online Monitoring System. The first phase of the project is planned to be launched in December. This will allow effective control over operators, reducing unscrupulous actions and strengthening players' rights», the statement says.
The company 'Computer Information Technologies' is already known as a successful developer of govtech products. It is currently working on the State Online Monitoring System, which is a key step in forming a fair gambling market and ensuring control over this sphere.
Approved changes for gambling organizers
In addition, the Cabinet of Ministers has approved changes to the licensing conditions for gambling organizers. This will allow PlayCity to start issuing licenses and increase revenues by nearly 50 million hryvnias to the state budget.
