Official statistics indicate that in 2025, businesses will win the majority of tax disputes. Currently, there are about 69,000 cases regarding various types of tax fines in progress. Lawyer Bohdan Yankiv reported this in his video.

In a year, only 16,000 of these cases have been heard by the courts, which demonstrates significant pressure on the system and lengthy review periods. Out of this number, the tax authority won approximately 6,000 cases, while businesses won 10,000. This forms the key figure: 67% of cases that reached a decision were canceled in favor of entrepreneurs.
