In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, all state highways were passable as of this morning, thanks to the efforts of 56 workers and 44 specialized vehicles. An additional 37 personnel and 15 units of equipment were deployed to maintain local roads.

In the Vinnytsia region, snowplows and gritting machinery have been operating continuously since the evening of February 15th, when the equipment was first mobilized. Over 30 road management vehicles were engaged throughout the previous day, and as of this morning, the situation on Vinnytsia's roads is stable. However, road services are urging drivers to exercise extreme caution on state highways, avoid non-essential long-distance travel, maintain a safe distance, and not to interfere with snow-clearing operations. Meteorologists had issued warnings for dangerous weather phenomena across Ukraine for that day, exacerbating the difficult road conditions.
