According to Главком: The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center has issued a forecast predicting cloudy skies with occasional clear spells for March 3. While rain and wet snow are expected in some areas, most western and eastern regions will remain dry overnight.
Motorists should be particularly cautious, as icy conditions are forecast for roads in northern, eastern, and most central regions. Additionally, patches of fog are possible in parts of Zakarpattia and Prykarpattia. A northwesterly wind of 7-12 m/s is expected across the country.

Nighttime temperatures will range from 3°C above freezing to 2°C below. During the day, expect highs of 0°C to 5°C. Warmer conditions of 6°C to 11°C are predicted for the western and southern oblasts.
In Kyiv, March 3 will also be cloudy with clear intervals, and no daytime precipitation is forecast. The capital will experience a similar northwesterly wind at 7-12 m/s. Across the Kyiv region, overnight lows will vary from 2°C to -3°C, with daytime highs of 0°C to 5°C. Within the city itself, expect nighttime temperatures of 0°C to 2°C and a daytime range of 2°C to 4°C.
