- In the northeast and east, expect colder nights of -14°C to -19°C, locally down to -20°C to -22°C, with daytime highs of -8°C to -13°C.
- In western and southern Ukraine, nighttime temperatures will be between -1°C and -6°C, rising to between -3°C and +2°C during the day.
- In Zakarpattia and Crimea, temperatures will be around 0°C at night, warming to +4°C to +9°C in the afternoon.
In Kyiv on February 5th, cloudy skies are expected with moderate snow at night and light snow during the day. Icy roads are also possible in the capital. Winds in Kyiv will be southeasterly at 7-12 m/s. The air temperature in Kyiv will be -8°C to -10°C at night and -4°C to -6°C during the day. Across the Kyiv region, nighttime temperatures will be between -7°C and -12°C, with daytime highs of -3°C to -8°C.
