Meteorologist Natalia Didenko noted that this period will bring rain, snow, and fog, leading to significantly reduced visibility. A warming trend will trigger active melting of snow and ice on the roads, which is likely to create hazardous driving conditions. This pattern is typical for the transitional period between winter and spring in the region.

Warm conditions are expected across most of Ukraine on February 24. Nighttime air temperatures will hover around zero degrees Celsius, rising to 0...+3°C during the day. In the southern and western regions, daytime highs will range from 3 to 8°C. In Kyiv on the 24th, rain and fog are forecast, with nighttime temperatures near zero and a daytime increase to 2°C.

The weather will not change significantly on February 25. However, a slight cooling is anticipated across the entire country on February 26. Natalia Didenko warned that this could lead to the formation of temporary rivers and lakes in the streets.
