Weather changes at the beginning of autumn

According to hvylya.net: The last warm weekends of September will be followed by cold weather, and wet snow is possible in the Carpathians. This was reported by forecaster Natalia Didenko in an interview with RBK-Ukraine.

According to the expert's forecasts, a radical change in weather is expected in the coming days as a cold air mass of Arctic origin and cyclones approach the country, leading to a sharp climate shift. The coldest days will be the weekend of September 27-28, during which rain and even wet snow are expected in the Carpathians.

'The forecast for possible snow in the mountainous areas should not cause panic. In the highlands, the combination of low temperature and humidity can provoke wet snow, which is a normal phenomenon for this time of year,' emphasized the meteorologist.

Forecast for the future

Ukrainians can expect the traditional Indian summer in October. The forecaster lists the signs of a true Indian summer: sunny weather with a few clouds, comfortable air temperature, absence of strong winds and rain for at least a week.

  • In the Carpathians, temperatures are expected to range from 18 to 22 degrees during the day, in the south of the country - from 25 to 28 degrees.

The expert also noted that autumn is arriving on time this year. Weather changes are noticeable, but the seasons have not shifted; the winter season is less frosty with fewer snowfalls.

Weather in Ukraine at the beginning of autumn is changing sharply, bringing cold weather and even wet snow to the Carpathians. However, forecasters promise a traditional Indian summer in October, with comfortable temperatures and sunny weather.
