According to glavcom.ua: Later, while driving along Slobozhansky Avenue, the boom again hit the trolleybus network, leading to the wires falling onto seven cars and causing damage to them. The police officer authorized to drive this vehicle showed no signs of alcohol intoxication.
A police officer involved in the process of towing a car after an accident did not lower the boom of the tow truck. This caused the trolleybus wires on Sichovykh Striltsiv Avenue to become entangled, resulting in the wires being severed and the tarp of the Gazelle vehicle catching fire.
During the towing of the vehicle after the accident, the police officer did not lower the boom, which had serious consequences. This negligence resulted in the trolleybus network being knocked down and seven cars being damaged. The investigation showed that the driver was not under the influence of alcohol, but responsibility for the incident was not escaped.
