According to Главком: Police in Kyiv have arrested a 46-year-old man for robbing an 18-year-old youth of his mobile phone. The incident occurred near a children's playground, where the victim was sitting on a bench listening to music. The assailant snatched the phone from the young man's hands and fled the scene.

The detained individual, a local resident, already had a criminal record and had faced prior charges. The arrest was carried out under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
