According to Главком: Police in Kyiv's Dnipro district apprehended a 37-year-old man after residents of a residential complex on Khakhovska Street reported an armed individual on the premises around 11:10 PM. Patrol units and officers from the No. 1 Special Purpose Police Regiment responded to the scene. The man, who was renting an apartment in the building, showed signs of intoxication at the time of his arrest.

A subsequent search of his apartment uncovered the following arsenal:

• A Colt M-4 carbine,
• An Escort Magnum BTS12 hunting shotgun,
• Approximately 200 rounds of ammunition.

Investigators from the Dnipro District Police Department have initiated criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 263 of Ukraine's Criminal Code. This charge carries a potential prison sentence of three to seven years.
