The polygon for the "Oreshnik" "Kapustin Yar" was struck by "Flamingo" missiles
The Defense Forces of Ukraine struck a series of blows on the Russian polygon "Kapustin Yar" in the Astrakhan region, from which the occupiers launched "Oreshnik" missiles at the territory of Ukraine. The strikes targeted facilities where pre-launch preparations for missiles were taking place. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, throughout the month, Ukrainian troops struck a complex of hangar-type buildings on the territory of the polygon. This is where the preparation of medium-range intercontinental ballistic missiles took place.
The strikes used strike systems of long-range capabilities produced in Ukraine, including FP-5 "Flamingo" missiles.

Attack on "Kapustin Yar": the role of special operations forces and the insurgent movement
The command of the special operations forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine clarified that Deep Strike units were involved in striking the polygon. The strikes were carried out using long-range drones.
For the preparation and adjustment of the operation, Ukrainian soldiers interacted with the insurgent movement "Black Spark". Its representatives conducted reconnaissance, recorded the enemy's reaction to strikes, tracked changes in logistics and management, and also assessed the adaptation of Russian troops after damage to facilities.
It should be noted that the "Kapustin Yar" was attacked by Ukrainian drones back on January 18.
