According to glavcom.ua: The Polish parliament has passed a new law determining the conditions for Ukrainian refugees' stay in the country and the procedure for providing them financial support. According to the new rules, Ukrainians will be able to legally stay in Poland until March 4, 2026, receiving support. This information was disseminated by the publication 'Glavcom' citing the Polish Press Agency.

The law establishes that the payment of assistance, including the 800+ program, will depend on the fulfillment of certain conditions such as employment, income levels, children's education, and exceptions for people with disabilities. It is also anticipated that payments will be suspended in case a Ukrainian departs Poland.

The new provisions also restrict access for adult Ukrainians to certain medical services to avoid a legal vacuum after the temporary protection for Ukrainians in Poland ends. These restrictions pertain to rehabilitation, dentistry, and certain types of drug therapy.

Ukrainian refugees in Poland now have the opportunity to receive financial assistance and remain in the country legally until 2026. However, they must meet certain conditions such as employment, income levels, and children's education requirements. The new provisions also limit access to some medical services for adult Ukrainians to prevent a legal vacuum following the conclusion of temporary protection in Poland.
