According to Главком: Poltava held a memorial ceremony for Viktor Kuzmenko and Dmytro Skryl, two rescuers who lost their lives on May 5 during a Russian missile attack. Both men died in a secondary strike that also claimed the lives of two State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) employees and three workers from Naftogaz.
