Over 10,000 IDPs applied for housing vouchers: how to receive 2 million UAH

Over 10,000 applications for housing vouchers have already been submitted by internally displaced persons from temporarily occupied territories

According to Кулеба: Recently, a housing voucher program for internally displaced persons from temporarily occupied territories was launched. In just the first few days, over 10,000 applications were received, indicating a significant interest among people.

The most applications came from Dnipropetrovsk region (1,776), Kyiv (1,545), and Zaporizhia (1,044). Interestingly, the largest number of people seeking support previously lived in Donetsk region (3,566), Luhansk (3,127), Zaporizhia (2,067), and Kherson (1,601).

These figures indicate a great expectation of the program among families who have lost their homes in the zone of Russian aggression.

For now, the program is available only for people from Temporarily Occupied Territories with combatant status or those with disabilities caused by the war. The Ministry of Development is preparing to expand the program in the future to cover more families in need of assistance.
