Over 150 thousand Ukrainians have already submitted applications for the 'Winter 6,500' in Diia. As part of the government program 'Winter Support', the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Youth of Ukraine has provided targeted assistance for the winter period for those who need it the most.

Who can apply and receive 6,500 UAH? Among them are: children under guardianship or custody, children in foster families and boarding schools, including children with disabilities, internally displaced children, children from low-income families under 18 years of age, people with disabilities of group I among IDPs, lonely pensioners receiving a care allowance.

How to apply online in Diia:

Log into the application → Services → Winter support → Winter 6,500 UAH → confirm your Diia Card for funds to be credited.

How to apply offline at the Pension Fund of Ukraine:

Visit the nearest PFU branch → employees will help you fill out the application.

Applications will be accepted until December 17, 2025. Use the funds received for warm clothing, footwear, medicines, and vitamins within 180 days.

It is noted that over 150 thousand Ukrainians have already taken the opportunity to apply for targeted assistance under the government program 'Winter Support'. The program is aimed at providing financial assistance to those who need support the most during the winter period. Upon confirmation of the application, citizens will be able to receive 6,500 UAH, which can be used for purchasing warm clothing, footwear, medicines, and vitamins within 180 days.
