Seventh Edition of the Women in Arts Award Ceremony

According to МЗС: The seventh edition of the Women in Arts Award. The Resistance, founded in 2019, is scheduled for 2026. This will be the fourth ceremony to take place during Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Over the seven years since the award's inception, more than 50 women artists have been honored for their significant contributions to Ukrainian art. The prize has become a beacon of recognition for women's creativity in a time of national hardship.

This Year's Theme: 'Hope'

The theme of this year's award is 'Hope,' as reflected in the official slogan:

The award was established by UN Women in Ukraine and the Ukrainian Institute. Partners include UNESCO and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

Financial support for the ceremony comes from the governments of seven countries:
