On-Site Assistance for Dmytrivka's Affected Residents

According to Державна міграційна служба: In the village of Dmytrivka, Kyiv region, authorities continue to support people whose homes and lives were disrupted. To make the process easier, staff from the Central Interregional Directorate of the State Migration Service (SMS) in Kyiv and Kyiv region, together with specialists from the State Enterprise "Document", set up a mobile operation near the damaged houses. That means residents can receive practical help and consultations without making extra trips to government offices. When a home is damaged, identity papers and other vital records are often lost too, so the ability to restore them locally makes a real difference.

The mobile team also included representatives from the Irpin joint department of the SMS, such as Andrii Yuriiovych Kravchuk and Svitlana Hennadiivna Kolosovska. Their main job is to quickly process new passports and replace missing or ruined documents. By handling the paperwork right on site, they let residents get guidance and start the renewal process immediately.

Why Document Recovery Matters

In affected areas, restoring official papers is an essential part of helping people cope with the aftermath of damage. Without valid identification, residents cannot apply for social benefits, receive medical care, or access other key services. The effort shows that state institutions are prepared to move fast and meet people's needs in emergency situations.
