Zelensky signed a law on the employment of people with disabilities: what will change

Rapid changes that have occurred worldwide due to the war have also impacted views on work. The trend towards inclusivity in the labor market is now spreading. Every day brings more opportunities for people with disabilities.

In our country, there are over 2.2 million such individuals. President Volodymyr Zelensky signed law No. 4219-IX aimed at improving employment conditions for them and complying with European standards. This expands opportunities for work in various fields, providing necessary support and facilitating effective cooperation between employees and employers.

Gradually, the Ukrainian labor market is becoming more accessible to various segments of the population. Moving in this direction, we promote the full integration and development of an economy where everyone has equal opportunities. Inclusivity is becoming not just a trend, but an integral part of the corporate culture of modern companies.
